Mark Mills, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Spectrum Print Communications, brings a color wheel of skills and experience to our leadership team. For more than twenty years, Mark has been influential in the growth and development of our printing and direct mail departments, as he’s worked in various capacities, from sales to senior leadership. One meeting is all it takes to see that ink runs through Mark’s veins.

At Spectrum Print Communications, Mark is responsible for public relations, lead generation and cultivation, marketing initiatives, estimating, and working with the company’s other leaders to create and maintain a positive environment for the Spectrum team. The company completes its print and packaging jobs on what Mark humbly calls, “incredible equipment.” Clients ranked in the Fortune 100 are impressed by the products generated by these million-dollar machines and the people who are trained to operate them. It’s all about producing the best for our clients.

Before moving to Central Florida, Mark worked in the print industry in the Midwest where he demonstrated his understanding of how persistence and perseverance are keys to customer satisfaction.

Over the years, as the industry has evolved, Mark has stayed ahead of the curve, bringing in the latest equipment and hiring the very best operators to manage the complex and challenging jobs. Today, Spectrum can produce at a higher quality and at a much quicker pace than ever before, allowing for a higher rate of customer satisfaction.

Mark grew up in Sheboygan, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Minnesota with honors. His solid Midwestern values and strong morals are evident in his professional and personal life. He has four children, and he’s coached all of their soccer teams. Mark has also served on committees and boards at his children’s schools and at his church. During his tenure at Spectrum, Mark has helped provide pro-bono services to the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation, Florida Hospital, and other charitable organizations.

As Vice President of Operations, Bill leads a team providing all aspects of print communications, including offset printing, digital media, complete bindery, and finishing operations. A big believer in cooperative management, Bill supports a team environment and leading by example. A qualified lithographer, Bill holds the journeymen and craftsman certification from Local 1 Union, as well as certification in Komori Press Operations and Management Tools.

With more than 31 years of experience in all phases of print communications, Bill is no stranger to the print industry. In fact, print is a family tradition for Bill. He started his journey into the printing world while still in high school, taking classes and working as a pressman. Afterward, he began training as a combination man in the Local 1 Union, and then worked as a production manager and a general manager. A few years later, he began working for us here at Spectrum in 2001.

When not leading our print teams, Bill can be found on the tennis court or the golf course, traveling the country and the world, and spending time relaxing with his family.

When it comes to questions about packaging solutions to meet clients’ needs, Ryan Hartlief has the answers. Ryan is a seasoned industry professional, with more than 22 years of print and packaging industry experience under his belt. Thanks to a noticeable business ethic and a commitment to the values of honesty and integrity, Ryan makes every client feel valued and heard. Organization, accessibility, and knowledge round out this quintessential account rep.

Ryan grew up here in Florida and attended Seminole State College. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, especially to far off places and foreign countries. He loves the outdoors and activities like fishing, hiking, and other various endurance sports.

It’s clear when talking to Marjorie Finnegan that she truly loves the people she works with—both her coworkers and her customers. Her career in the print and packaging industry spans more than 14 years, during which she has managed several award-winning projects with customers across the state.

As account representative, Marjorie manages existing accounts and acquires new ones. Her friendly, professional personality and her wealth of print and packaging knowledge make her a favorite among our clients. Perhaps unknown to many of her customers, Marjorie has a green thumb. Gardening and working in the soil is one of her favorite past-times when she is not working in paper and ink.

Marjorie is an East Coast native. She loves traveling. Over the years she’s spent time in Orlando, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. She also made her way across the Atlantic to Brussels, Belgium, but soon found her way back to the Sunshine State.

As part of our account team, Elizabeth Luongo Cassese, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to all her projects. Her specialties include print, direct mail, and packaging. Since joining our team, she has helped clients facilitate numerous large-scale projects, on time and under budget.

Before joining us, Elizabeth worked in sales and marketing capacities in the hospitality, food, beverage, and medical industries. That background has provided her with a unique perspective and understanding when it comes to servicing her clients, especially those who come from the same industries. A graduate of both UCF and Seminole State College, she arrived in Florida by way of California and Massachusetts.
