Our Zünd digital cutting system allows us to quickly produce precise prototypes, giving customers the opportunity to evaluate and refine designs before production begins. Once approved, tooling is produced for use on our state-of-the-art Bobst converting equipment, ensuring exceptional accuracy, consistency, and quality.

To further optimize performance, we utilize Thwing-Albert testing systems to evaluate opening force, bend strength, and coefficient of friction (COF). These tests help verify structural integrity, improve machinability, and ensure smooth performance throughout filling, packing, and distribution processes.
